Property Manager

Autumn has been with Pembroke Realty Group for 2 years. She loves to go the extra mile to make sure her residents are happy. Her hobby is taking care of plants and her favorite plant species is a dieffenbachia. Autumn also enjoys the beach and soaking up the sun. Her favorite food is collard greens. Her son and daughter keeps her busy, and she loves cooking and playing board games with them. 

Assistant Property Manager

Beth has been with Pembroke Realty Group for 2.5 years. She takes pride in helping people find their new home, making sure current residents feel at home and love where they live. On her time off, she loves cooking and hanging out with her family. She’s considered the house champion at Jeopardy. Beth also enjoys Mexican food, live music, and animals. Favorite seasons are Spring and Fall, when it’s not too hot, not too cold.  

Senior Property Manager

Steven has been with Pembroke Realty Group for 3 years and has been in Property Management for 5 years. What he enjoys most about his job is being able to help residents and making communities where everyone is proud of living. Steven loves trying new restaurants, hanging out with friends and family, and traveling. Steven has been to Hawaii and Puerto Rico multiple times and his dream is to visit Europe. Favorite dish is macaroni cheese.

Senior Regional Property Manager

Shonna has been in Property Management for 23 years. She loves providing excellent service. She can often be found walking the communities checking on everything and talking with residents. On her time off, Shonna loves reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
